DETAIL DESIGN CONSULTATION “phase II”

The process of designing a slaughtehouse complex in detail can be defined in the following steps:

STEP 1: All previous studies and information gathered specially in preliminary design “phase I”, are all reviewed and considering project location, the best solution for structural design and materials to be used are agreed on.

STEP2: project sit layout design is the next step. At this point all necessary buildings and areas and also all connecting roads in the sit are defined the topics are

  • A: Inter connecting roads according to VET regulations.
  • B: Design of all surface channels for water streams.
  • C: Design of main electrical power station main power distribution panels, site lighting system, main communication system Ear thing system with all details
  • D: Design of main water supply system, and waste management.
  • E: Design of Entrance gates and also weighing bridge.

STEP3: Design of all buildings in detail including:

  • A: main slaughterhouse building
  • B: All cold storage and freezers
  • C: protein waste recovery building
  • D: Waste water treatment building
  • E: Office buildings
  • F: Security and parking areas
  • G: Weighing bridge building

STEP4: Detail mechanical Design for all buildings including: پیمانکار هاى مختلف و قیمت تمام شده عملیات (بنا به درخواست کارفرما )

  • A: Cold & hot water supply engine room
  • B: Complete piping systems including hot and cold water, re extinguish system, and surface water and rain water transfer system.
  • C: Engine foams ow diagram and riser diagram for all divisions.
  • D: Engine rooms layout design.

STEP5: Detail Electrical design for all buildings including:

  • A: Lighting system for all buildings
  • B: Electric out lets
  • C: phone out lets
  • D: Audio system
  • E: Ear thing
  • F: Cabling & cabling tray lay out
  • G: All power & control panels
  • H: Internet and internet cabling

NSCO. Covering all necessary detail designing of a complex, has the ability to design all aspects of production line equipment installation including:

  • A: Structural design, Slaughterhouse equipments are mostly hanged from a steel structure, NSCO. designs the structure according to production line requirements.
  • B: Mechanical Design, Hot & cold water piping and connections, compressed air piping & connections.
  • C: Electrical Design, Inter connecting cabling of the control panel and the machinery. cable sizes and trays.
